The third class I taught at CREATE: New Jersey was a half-day class called "Lovely Lettering." I was, once again, joined by an enthusiastic and talented pool of ladies. This was my first time teaching this class and I was delighted by the students' enthusiastic response to it. Take a peek:
Lettering is a very calming thing to do, so it was a great zen way to wrap up my CREATE experience!
If you're interested in taking a class with me, I encourage you to check out the weekend of classes I'm offering at Absolutely Everything in Massachusetts on August 25 & 26. And if you're specifically interested in this lettering technique, I teach a compacted version of it in my online class, "30 Days in Your Journal."
Finally, I wanted to respond to some of the nice comments people have been leaving about these classes. First, thank you! Second, I'm so glad that you want to take them as online classes, but it's a bit difficult. Taking an all-day class with me in-person is usually between $85-145. My online classes are much more inexpensive. So I feel it would be unfair to the folks who took the time to come out and see me, to offer the same content at a cheaper price. Of course, certain techniques or ideas cross over, but offering the class "as is" just doesn't seem right. Thank you for understanding!
PS: Doesn't that make you realize what a steal my online classes are?! For instance "It's Sew Easy" has eighteen lessons. Multiply each of those by $85 and I think you'll see what a great bargain taking a class online is! :)
Thanks for stopping by!
