I'm days-of-the-week obsessed. I've got two daily projects going: Art Journal Every Day and Project Life. Both projects call for a certain amount of day-of-the-week-using.
Since January I've been chasing the perfect days-of-the-week tool.
In January I carved days-of-the-week stamps:
They're super fun and I use them all the time, but they're a bit big.
I designed some stamps for Eco Green Crafts back in January:
They were supposed to be released in March. It's June and still no stamps.
I created printable days-of-the-week banners:
These are great and I love to print and cut. But you know, I don't always want a banner with my day of the week.
This whole time I've been clear on what I wish I had. I have been scouring the internet for a roller days-of-the-week stamp, similar to a roller date stamp. No such luck. I finally bit the bullet and ordered a custom roller days-of-the-week stamp. It has finally arrived:
It was appallingly and outrageously expensive, but like any addict, I just had to have it. I'm not 100% pleased with the smoothness of the roll, but the size is just so very very perfect! I love it and I can see that I'm going to be using it all the time! I feel very satisfied, like I've finally gotten ahold of that holy grail.
Thanks for letting me share my obsession! Is there something you've been chasing?
