Art Journaling Live was a super fun experience! I taught alongside Traci Bautista, Pam Carriker, Dina Wakley and a team of great folks from Interweave: Nick & Garret from the video team and Cloth Paper Scissors editors Jenn & Paige. One of my favorite parts of the event was that we teachers got to take the other teachers' classes! We sat at a table in the back of the room and learned alongside the other students. It was awesome! I am teaching at two different locations in California in January 2014. A Work of Heart: San Jose, CA I'll be teaching my Stamp Carving 101 class on January 4, 2014 from 6-9pm. Carving your own custom stamps is easy and fun! And I believe A Work of Heart is offering class kits for an additional fee, so you can come to class empty handed if you wish! This weekend I traveled to and from Charlotte, North Carolina. I will share lots of photos from the event later in the week. Today I want to share the sketches I did in the airport. I did one while waiting for my flight in NYC and one while waiting for my flight in Charlotte. The close-up images are actually larger than the original drawings!
