Envelopes Galore with the WRMK Envelope Punch Board
June 16, 2014
One of the products that I demoed on HSN for We R Memory Keepers was the Envelope Punch Board. (If you click on this link, there's a video of me demo-ing the product on air.)
As I said on HSN, when I got the Envelope Punch Board I was skeptical. I make envelopes all the time. I have a Scor It that I use to create my fold lines. I have scissors. I have a ruler. I know how to do this. Then I started using that thing and...wow! I could not stop making envelopes!!
I made envelopes with double sided paper:
I made envelopes out of cardstock and inserted a patterned paper liner:
I made envelopes out of vellum:
I made envelopes out of catalog pages, perfect for giving a gift card from that store!
The real kicker, though, was this tutorial video from Jennifer McGuire...
...where she demonstrates how to use the Envelope Punch Board to create an envelope box. That got my brain whirring and I decided to try to make a slightly dimensional envelope to house all of those dimensional cards that I like to create. It worked out perfectly!
I'm happy to say that it's an awesome tool I never would have looked at twice, but now I'm hooked! I'm very glad to add it to my crafty tool arsenal. I'm sure it will get a lot of use.
Thanks for stopping by!
