Art Journal Every Day: Blurring Text in Photoshop

As I've mentioned many times before, I like to use my art journal as a place to work through complicated thoughts and spill my emotions. I also like to share my pages online. In order to maintain my privacy and feel comfortable sharing my pages, I blur much of the text.
Recently I've gotten a few e-mails from people asking how I do the blurring, so I put together a short video how-to.
In the video I'm using Photoshop CS6, but I believe that you can do both of these techniques in Photoshop Elements (Photoshop's cheaper little brother).
