Foiling Technique #2: Toner Copy & Laminator

Of all the foiling techniques I'm going to share, this is the one with the most precise results.  Foiling with a toner copy and a laminator gets you results like you would see on mass produced products -- greeting cards, scrapbook supplies, etc.  Watch the video for the how-to:
