The Weekend Five: The Aquarium

Mom and I went to Las Vegas this week and one of the highlights was the Aquarium!
The two aquarium tubes (you walk through an arched walkway with water on both sides and overhead) made me feel like a little kid -- full of wonder and delight!
The fish were beautiful. I wish that I had brought my sketchbook because they moved way too fast for photos, but sketching could have been lots of fun!
This particular aquarium had a whole kind of sunken world theme.
It was lovely.
I don't know about you, but I'm inspired to paint some fish. When was the last time you went to the Aquarium?
