Anyone out there looking for some inspiration? I know that new ideas always get my brain excited! Here are five awesome ideas that are so seriously simple! Their simplicity makes them easy to try right away!
IDEA #1 via the Fiskars blog:
Replace the pencil in a compass with a paintbrush = easy to paint circles!
IDEA #2 via the Creating Keepsakes blog:
Make prints with textured paper towel!
IDEA #3 via the Faber-Castell blog:
Use a palette knife and a mister instead of a wet brush to blend your watercolor pencils!
IDEA #4 via the Alisa Burke blog:
Use a plastic bag to create monoprints.
IDEA #5 via the One Lucky Day blog:
Rub Distress Ink directly onto a stencil, spritz with water, and then press to paper = awesome multi-colored stencil print!
I love it when good ideas are so simple! I hope you'll give one of these simple techniques a try in your art journal!
