3 New "Garbage" Stamps

Before I forget, the livestream for YouTube Channel Members is on Monday at 7:30pm EST.  If you're not a member, you can learn more here.

I've been in a bit of a creative slump lately.  I blame stress.  Unbeknownst to me, one of the things adding to my stress was my chaotically messy art studio. I often claim to thrive in chaos, but miracle-of-miracles, as soon as I cleaned up the mess my creativity came floating back to me!  I sat down at my big clean desk yesterday and carved these three stamps from some "garbage" rubber that I had sitting around.

Though they be small, they are mighty!

It's hard to believe that such small scraps of leftover rubber can become such cool and intense overall patterns. It feels like magic to me!

It's never too early to start preparing for Carve December!  If you think you might be interested in joining into the stamp carving fun this year, here is a list of resources for you:

If you think you're too busy to carve stamps in December, you're not. I managed to do Carve December during some of the busiest and most stressful Decembers of my life (including the year my Father died in December).  And this year, my baby is due at the end of November and I 100% believe that I will have the time to carve (most likely small) stamps every day in December!  All 3 of these garbage stamps took me less than an hour to design, carve, and print.  Carving and printing a small stamp takes less than 20 minutes!  You can do it!  I believe in you!

Thanks for stopping by!
